WELCOME POTENTIAL PROVIDERS!
Dr. Stacy Cole, dentist in Fort Worth, Texas understands the difficulties parents may encounter when trying to obtain treatment for their child with a tongue-tie and/or lip-tie. As more medical providers are learning how to do a functional assessment to identify tongue-tie, more individuals with tongue and/or lip-tie are being recognized and referred for treatment. Because of this increased demand, there is a need for more healthcare professionals to provide services to treat these ties. Dr. Stacy Cole and many of his colleagues throughout the world provide expertise and support to providers newer to this field. Dr. Cole compiled these resources in order to make it easier for new providers to start performing frenectomy/frenotomy services. He put a call out to his colleagues to share the information they use in their clinical practice. A graphic designer and editor with Advocates for Tongue-Tie Education have formatted these resources, making them consistent and easier for potential providers to pick and choose what information suits the provider's needs. The information can be copied (Select what needs to be copied and hold down the Ctrl + C keys, or Command + C for Mac Users) and then pasted (Ctrl + V, or Command + V) from the PDFs to me used in a variety of different mediums, or the ATTE logo can be removed/replaced with the provider's own logo and information in the Word Documents provided.
Feel free to direct any questions, concerns or if you are in need of assistance with applying the Provider Kit to your materials, by filling out our CONTACT form.
We would also like to thank the following providers for their contributions and efforts in their fields:

ARE YOU NEW TO TONGUE-TIE / LIP-TIE REVISION AND ARE INTERESTED IN LEARNING?
Established providers have stated that performing frenectomies is a skill best learned "hands-on". ATTE strongly suggests that potential providers network and/or seek out an established professional to learn from, so that potential patients receive the most benefit from their services. Some established providers have even expressed that they are willing to share time and insight, either in person or through other mediums. We also encourage potential providers to take advantage of resources, such as: video conferences, live lectures, training videos, and tongue/lip-tie assessment and revision clinics. It may also be beneficial to join the Online Support Group (Tongue Tie Babies Support Group) to gain first-hand accounts of the struggles and victories, big and small, of those afflicted by ties.
